Requirements:


1. Once you wish to return a product, please send a return/exchange request to [email protected], including the following details:


Your order number

SKU number of the product that needs to be returned or exchanged

Pictures/videos proving the problem/defect



2. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition - unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also needs to be in original packaging with all original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred and no refund will be issued.




Return shipping:


Please use certified mail and online tracking number for returns. If returned orders cannot be traced during shipping, we cannot guarantee safe receipt. We hope to get your understanding.


In the following cases, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the return.


Incorrect order:

If you have ordered the wrong product or the wrong size, you will need to pay for shipping to and from our warehouse if you want to replace it. If you choose a refund, we will refund the original price of the product.


Unnecessary items:

If you no longer need the product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to return it




Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange products to reach you may vary.


No address on the package is approved as a return address. No refund or exchange will be available for returned packages that are not returned to the address authorized by the customer service representative.




Refund:


Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or denial of the refund.


If you are approved, the refund will be issued within 1 week with the original payment method.


Shipping charges for original orders are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time before your refund is officially announced. Next contact your bank; It usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted.
